My name is Betsy, and I’m a junior in college. I want to be a school media specialist someday, but right now I’m studying early childhood education. I’m crazy about books. I love tulips. My favorite movie is “You’ve Got Mail”. I’ll try pretty much any kind of craft; so far I know how to knit, crochet, sew, embroider, cross-stich, throw clay, and make books. I want to try quilting, wood-carving, screen-printing, and paper-making. One day I’m going to throw dinner parties at my house in the country, where I’ll have a yellow kitchen with red and pink accents, hardwood floors, a garden with a winding path, and feeders for my finches and hummingbirds. I’m a Southern girl at heart, even though I don’t like sweet tea or grits. When I type online, I say “soo”, use double periods (..), and put “xo” a lot..Sometimes I take pictures of my feet.

It’s hard to find time to do a lot of crafts when you’re in college, don’t you think? Any type of hobby that can’t be done simultaneously with studying gets put on the back burner. What a shame. I liked looking at your blog! Oh, if you’re not a mod-podger- you should look into it.
