Never trust a skinny cook..

Tuesday:

Lunch=(my mom’s homemade/frozen-then-thawed) vegetable beef soup and cornbread

Dinner:  Beef stroganoff, stuffed bell pepper, fried taters (don’t hate), and biscuits from scratch, shaped like stars..

My arm after frying potatoes..it looks worse now, and still hurts..

Wednesday:

Leftovers, but with hash browns

Thursday:

We had breakfast in my 8:30 class, and I made sausage balls..

    Amen to your title! All your food looks amazing! I have recently been going on a yeast bread making kick. So far I have made two kinds of challah and rosemary focacchia, more or less successfully. Any suggestions for other kinds of bread to make?

    ps. is the poodle a recent development?
